$60 (equivalent to a half a tank of gas for a scouting trip)

- Type of hunting relationship (such as: elk guide, motel in prime duck hunting area, etc)

- Physical address (if applicable)

- Mailing address

- Phone number

- Copy of your website banner (if you have one. If you do not, we can build one for you for free)
